Making Money By 99 Fishing Help?

Hey,
I recently got 99 fishing and was surprised at how much less money you make per hour than expected. I make only about 150k Per hour on sharks, where as there are other ways to make much more per hour without even having a high skill.
So I was just wondering what is the best way to make money by fishing or is 150k per hour really it?

I heard monkfish are good, but I've never tried it.
And yeah, 99 fishing is really overrated.

 

When they released combat-related quests or PvP stuff, food goes to high-demand.

But otherwise, it is kind of overrated.

 

I cant fish monkfish cause I never done that quest, are rocktails good cash?

Monks are great money and so are lobs. I've got 99 also.

 

Are lobs faster money than sharks?

 

Lobs are the best bc of the amount you can catch per hour

Swordfish/lobsters are good. Fish in the guild. Bank's just a stone's throw away.

Sharks are good, but slow. Monks are best, if you did the quest.

having 99 fishing is overrated yes, but the money you make getting it(70m-120m) isnt.

 

Yeah. that's what i thought if i did sharks from 88-99 I'll have 105m. And that's very good / Botted aswell

 

I just power fished to 99 and no the money comes so slow

 

Monkfishies are your best choice. But if you feel that's slow cash too, do something like Aviansies.

Other than that, I don't know any faster way to get money by Fishing.

I'm going for 99 Fishing as we're speaking, I'm just about to 66...
What is recommended for a good mix of profit/xp? I'm just fly-fishing at Barbarian Village for the 32k xp per hour right now.

 

Monkfishes/lobs are great money on fishing, around 200K an hour i think.
aint got 99 fishing so i don't know huwmuch but they're better as fishing sharks, you should do the quest for monks.

 

What is the quest to get to that colony?
