Please do not close my thread like you did with Eazy E's thread. After a moderator has responded to this case I might find the need to respond to the moderators reply.

Earlier today I got a DNT because I was, according to decisions made by the moderator team, affiliated with a website because I am promoting it.
It is true that I have been promoting Litespeed, the website in question. I have done so in this thread. Now, when looking under the promotion one can see that I have included the following sentence to my thread: "Please note that I am not affiliated with Litespeed, I am just promoting the website".

I then went ahead and contacted moderators to ask about this case and their responds was that eventhough I did include that message I am still affiliated because: "since you are on the forums, representing and promoting it, you are an accomplice to the crime".
This contradicts multiple things on www.sythe.org though, including the vision of @Sythe himself. Sythe's vision is based on how the real-world handles crimes. A great example of this is the DNT rank, which he backed up with arguments about real-life criminals not getting a life sentence either for pity crimes. Now, while looking at my case, if a real world business scammed, would the promotion business promoting their stuff be liable as well? No, because it are two seperate entities.

The next thing it contradicts is that it states that I am "representing" the website. I clearly am not as I wrote in my thread that I have no affiliations whatsoever. This is also the point where it gets tricky. I asked the moderator team if this means people that rent their signatures are liable too if the party they promote in their signature scams. At this point a classic move came from the moderator team, making up the rules on the spot. Their response what that signatures are allowed for promotion but threads arent. Let me point out that there is no rule whatsoever about this on Sythe. First of all how can rules be made up and second of all, when asked to back up those rules, it shows inconsistencies, how? Arent people who promote stuff in their signatures not representing and promoting it as well? I would say they are representing and promoting it even more. Where I promoted Litespeed only in one thread, signatures are attached to every single post.

I would like a response to every point I made. Not just pick and choose small parts from my post for your convenience but the entire post.
