DNT Pardon/ Misunderstanding

Hello sir, I have been a reputable service provider for the past 5 years. A few months ago, I got stuck in a personal situation, because of which I couldn’t access my Sythe profile or Discord. One of my clients had messaged me, and after a few days, when I didn’t respond, he assumed I had scammed him. He had paid me $25 in advance as half payment, and I was supposed to deliver accounts with 99 Magic. When I became stable and got back online, I saw that he had reported it as a scam. Since I couldn’t reply in time, Sythe moderators also assumed I had scammed him and banned my account.

When I returned, I tried contacting him to explain and was ready to complete his work or return his payment. But I couldn’t reach him. Now, my Sythe ID is still banned and marked with “Do Not Trade.”

Please guide me on how I can solve this issue. You know I’ve been working for years, have done work for many people, and have never scammed anyone. After all these years, would I scam someone for just $25? Does that make sense?
