Dispute No Home IP

Hi team,

Really confused on how I've been TWC'd since I have multiple posts from my home IP. I do often use my mobile phone too but can you please clarify what I'm doing wrong here?

I'm not sure what to say but I'm posting from my home IP currently. I'm not sure how but I would like to provide proof.

I've got my internet broadband bill here. It doesn't show my IP address or anything. Just shows that I've paid $90. I'm from New Zealand presumably they operate differently than other places in the world?
But I have a static IP.

Do I have to email my provider and ask for them to confirm this is my IP?

How to proceed

I'm struggling to recall happenings from 10 years ago and definitely don't remember doing anything that would get me banned.

Following the rules & template/format of the pardon dispute I need to specify what I was banned for but I don't actually know. Is there a way I can view this?

Appreciate the help and I would like to sincerely apologize to the staff for any wrong-doing in the past.
