DNT for ban evading

Link to/reason for TWC/DNT/Ban:TBH recovered my account and stole everything
I believe my dnt is for ban evading since I never sorted the previous dispute officially

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: I swapped accounts with this guy awhile ago, I didn't receive what I was shown so didn't want to go ahead with the trade. I took my account back and he took his. No one was at a financial loss or gain, it was just a waste of time

this picture is in relation to when I was hacked for an account I bought with wellness being the o.o but not the seller. It just clarifies that I am in no debt owing.
