Report/post/reason that got you banned:
Ban Evasion - previous account for EliteGP was banned.
Ban has been lifted, requesting a pardon for DNT (3rd attempt).

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
Detailed in previous 3 pardon requests. Everyone was repaid & there are no outstanding debts.

No, we have simply been trying to serve our time & want to be able to progress as a fully fledged member of the community again. Thank you for your consideration!

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
We already requested a pardon for our DNT rank, on top of our pardon for the original ban.
Our most recent submission was April 25th 2024, which was denied & we have continued to serve time under this rank (now over a year, with the ban being applied in July 2023). We are again re-appealing for a pardon, so that we can progress as fully fledged members of the Sythe community again, after 'President' advised us that it's merely patience that you require?

Original description of events below;

There was a disagreement between RuneStake & our old brand; EliteGP, over a sponsorship amount that was owed.
We repaid all outstanding information at the current rate of USD -> GP, which resulted in a payment to RuneStake of GP that was approximately twice the agreed fee for sponsorship, so all debts have been more than repaid. This was the reason for the original ban.
All of this is detailed in the previous pardon requests, of course.

Since then, we have also served a further 3 month ban from Sythe & taken the time to re-evaluate our brand & how we would like to portray it to the market going forward, in line with all Sythe rules.
We have also taken on board direct feedback from Sythe Moderators regarding the removal of any Open Market forums that used to exist in our Discord (e.g. Account & Username Sales), in order to be compliant with Sythe's rules. This has been the case for a number of months now.

As we have served our ban period, repaid all debts & apologised to the community - we believe the time is right to request our full re-integration into the Sythe community.
As a business & as individuals we have reformed & understand the wrongdoings committed in the past, so we will not commit such infractions against Sythe rules again. Once more, we truly apologise.
