[DMM] Starter Guide For SDMM

    [DMM] Starter Guide For SDMM

    This guide will serve as a starter guide for players who are just entering SDMM and are days behind and want to get ahead of the curve. This guide will focus on keeping you in a safe zone until you can compete so exp will not be the fastest.

    1) I recommend you begin your journey in Varrock. If you wish to begin in Ardy to get that thieving level up and getting cakes to train with you can but you will want to be as close to the GE as possible and is obviously Varrock.

    2) Go to the grand exchange (please walk through the castle and not run from the west bank ppl will kill you because they want keys and people to quit) and from there cut down logs and oaks until level 45. (You will get nests while cutting MAKE SURE TO PICK THEM UP you will sell them and whats inside)

    3) Sell your logs, oaks, nests, and seeds/rings in the GE by now you should have around 20k-30k coins. (You can alternatively start fletching by fletching the logs and selling it to the general store)

    4) Buy yourself a fire staff, and as many mind and air runes as possible make sure you have the proper mind runes to air runes ratio for fire strike. Make sure to set your cast on defensive cast so you level your defense as well. You will now go to men, and i recommend the house right next to the Varrock east bank as there are two in there and more than likely a splasher will be on one and you will have the other.

    5) Loot the high level herbs that the men drop these will make you money to cover your runes and extra cash to keep moving forward. (I also recommend looting the bronze bolts) Do this until minimum 45 mage. Once you have reached 45 mage and are satisfied there you will now use the money you got and buy yourself range training gear and rinse and repeat the process.

    6) You should now be around 50 defense 45 mage 40+ range and 50 HP and be ready to start phase two of DMM which can either be going to Ardy zoo to level your range and mage (telegrab the decent drops) so you can begin pking or you can start cutting maples in seers (buy a rune axe and always have food on you incase a pker pops up).

    Hope this little guide helps people you get started on seasonal deadman, remember the guide was build with the intent of you not dying throughout the entire process until you choose your path on seasonal. If you want to focus solely on making money and swapping be my guest, just remember to have fun.
