I am Andy and I am on Sythe to run a Fire Cape service and sell membership upgrades.
I have been doing Fire Capes for a long time on my own accounts (many) including 1 defence pures. I have also done many Fire Capes for friends at all kinds of levels. Including 1 defence pures, 50 ranged accounts, and so on.
I understand I am new to Sythe and therefore people won't trust me, that's why I will get your fire cape before you pay me, until I have some reputation, whereafter I will start asking payments in front.

I do not require expensive gear, a fire cape is very possible with only about 500K total, an example set up for this is:

Helm: Helm of Neitiznot
Amulet: Amulet of Glory
Body: Black d'hide Body
Legs: Black d'hide Legs
Shield: God book (unholy prefered)
Weapon: Rune Crossbow
Ammo: Broad-tipped bolts (or mithril or better)
Boots: Snakeskin Boots
Ring: Explorers ring/Recoil ring/No ring
Gloves: Barrow gloves/Black d'hide Vambraces
Cape: Ava's accumulator

My prices for the moment are:
Jad only: 2$ or 2M RSGP
70+ defence and 70+ Range: 8$ or 8M RSGP
40+ defence and 70+ Range: 12$ or 12M RSGP
1-39 defence and 70+ Range: 15$ or 15M RSGP
