I see this guy all the time in the buying section trying to buy the exact amount for past 2 months, i mean wtf? I checked his threads and he has like 100 of them with the same title all the time: Buyinng 200m WU/PP etc. In half of his threads (so like 50 LOL) he has been acused of scamming, i just wonder why he hasnt been reported yet?

And check few of them. He never bought actually anything, and always made new one topic when he scammed somebody.

I have searched for past scam reports, and they do indeed exist. Since there is no new evidence in this scam report, and the moderators of past scam reports have made their verdict, I will trust their judgement.

I agree, it is somewhat suspicious but what he's doing isn't exactly an offence worthy of a TwC.
