Diviney's report

I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING ABOUT EDITING PHOTOS, BUT LOOK AT THE PICTURE HE POSTED COMPARED TO THE ONE SHALL SKILL JUST TOOK. HIS PICTURE IS MISSING THE WEBCAM ICON AT THE TOP LEFT?


I suggest whoever reviews the report looks carefully at the pics. I have NEVER spoken with a person of that name, and the conversation that he is showing pics of never occurred with me. Either somehow the MSN at the top is edited, or the whole convo is edited.



This is from Shall Skill, taken just now. Please compare the quality of this pic to that f the one posted in the scam report.

I request that two things occurr, the first run an IP check of the user Diviney against the IP of other Sythe users. I would be more than willing to bet that it is similiar to that of PLP or some other noob that I have managed to piss off and is looking to get me banned. I would also take a gander that the IP is similiar to that of the OP in this thread

If the IPs match, it looks as if I am being set up and slandered by a well made frame job.

The second thing I would request is, if the photo does not appear edited, the user Diviney allow a mod/admin on their MSN to verify the actual conversation, as I honestly say it never occurred.

Certain points to consider:

I have never said "Hey, why did you add me?" to a user. To ANYONE who has ever added me, they can verify I ALWAYS say, "you added?". (Benwise90 can verify this, as he added me the other night and I said the same thing to him)

Second, I never say that message when requesting payment. I have pre-typed messages which I use whenever making pin sales, they include the following:

Alright, go ahead and send the payment of $4 per pin to me by clicking the donation button found in my sig here http://sythe.org/member.php?u=230104 . Make sure to include your sythe name in the note.

And

Alright, go ahead and send $4 per pin as a paypal gift to my paypal addy, [email protected] Please make sure to send it as a gift, or I will not continue the trade. Additionally, include the note “payment for the item I already received, thanks Nate!” and include your Sythe name at the end.

Anyone who has purchased a pin from me can verify that this is true.

Additionally, I would NEVER offer 4 pins for an account. I never have and never will. Even if I did, I never take an account unless I test recover it (unless its from a trusted user). Anyone I have ever purchased accounts from can verify this. Additionally it is posted in my thread here. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=821302

"I MIGHT CONSIDER ACCEPTING RS ACCOUNTS FOR MY PINS. I am interested in skillers, pures, or rare accounts. For me to accept an account you must be trusted, or I will perform a test recovery on the account before purchasing. If you dont agree with that, then dont bother offering."

Second thing is, I DO NOT deal with non Sythe people, except on very rare instances involving a high value sale.

I guess my last point would be this; if I were to scam someone, I would not be so stupid as to do it for 4 pins worth for a shitty RS account that I have no information on. I have reported enough ban evaders and scammers in my time here to know that people create tons of accounts. Am I honestly that stupid to think that I could flat out tell someone I scammed them in an MSN convo, simply because they were not on Sythe, and think that it would not get back to me?

Look through my pin thread linked above. How many complaints do you see from customers? None.

Would love to hear the results of an IP check against this sythe user.

 

IP checking has been disabled. But your other points are quite valid.

 

Obviously there are a few people who I have pissed off, and who have been trying to get me banned. If it comes down to it, ill pay the mother fucker 4 pins and never trade on Sythe again. This shit is getting annoying now, and the fact that someone can fake pics like this scares the shit outta me.
