This is going to be abit odd but he was scammed by Rui and as a newcomer he doesnt know how to do this.

Rui approached him on sythe asking for his skype.

There is no confirmation PM sent to Hunterr, but a skyperesolver ties this account to Rui.

I believe this is enough,

You have him adding the user, the skype scamming the user having the same HOME ip as Rui, the skype failing to provide details and removing Hunterr. I am 100% sure that account is not his and i am finding evidence to back that up.
