Ban reason that was shown to you: Scamming

Good evening,

Quite some time ago I have seen that I have been banned, never figured why, because I was quite busy for some time with other stuff and quit runescape. I recently moved and actually wanted to check what is going on in sythe, somehow thought the ban was over, for an unknown reason *lol*. It wasnt, so I created a new account(this one) and I just checked the reasons why my account was banned. It was actually in 2013 when I had practically no activity in sythe(just as mentioned wanted to log on a couple of times but just found out that I have been banned).

My account has been somehow taken, quite an easy password I would assume, could have been hijacked as well, nevertheless the password has not been changed, I still can log on and check that the account is banned. I am not sure if the reports were set up or it was true that someone scammed with my account. I am sorry for that part since it was my inactivity that made the hijacker scam people.

Some points why it was not me:
-I have been inactive for a while, especially after the new combat system of runescape.
-NEVER did trades through skype. Always and for every trade I used MSN, since I joined sythe
-NEVER used these methods as a payment, possible that it was mentioned way back in early threads in 2007-08, never used though, especially the latest trades:
Eoc gold
Western union
Moneybookers
Liberty Reserve
-Maybe this helps: I used to live in Vilnius, Lithuania, always in the same house since around 2003.
-Used to log on sythe through my mobile phone, not usually though. Earlier with mobile version of Opera
-In 2012 moved to the Netherlands to study, that is when I went really inactive

So my question would be: What could be done to retain full access to my account and the forums? Of course I would change my password to make it more difficult, check my computer for viruses(only got this new one a week ago).

Please let me know what happened and solutions, if needed I can jump on to my e-mail(not sure which is registered for sythe, it was a while ago *lol*) and mail you for proof, or the MSN account I used to use for latest trades(the early one got hijacked).
