Dispute against my scamming ban.

Yes, one of the accounts he bought from me was recovered, but not by me. I bought that account on Powerbot and the user has recovered. I fully understand it's my responsibility to refund Crazzed.
As for my absence, as I told Crazzed, I went on a little vacation with my girlfriend, and got home about 45 minutes ago, this is why I did not respond.

We have agreed on that the value of this account is 17M(He bought 2 accounts for 27M). The second account is not at risk.

As soon as he gets on again he will be refunded his 17M.

Refund him and make a new dispute with confirmation of him and proof that you paid.
