Unjustly banned

Explanation: I have never self vouched. I live in the same house as my cousin and we share an internet connection and sometimes a computer. His sythe name is Vigilantys. I feel i was unjustly banned because we both performed services for one another and only AFTER the services were completed did we vouch for each other. I got him 70 slayer rewards points in runescape and he collected full void knight armor for me in runescape. I paid him for his services and he paid me. I never did anything wrong as we are two different people.

Please tell me what other information i need to provide as i am currently providing services for other users right now and i dont want them to freak out because i am banned. I would like to have this resolved as fast as possible.
