3- Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Hi the twc was imposed by black blessed after he dictated that I should return the payment to my buyer, because I tried to buy a gold from a supplier and when the account was logged in there was no gold in it, as I could not solve the problem by my own hands I came to sythe to ask for help because both parties buyer and seller claimed that both were right, the buyer said there was no gold and the seller said there was gold, I did my own research and I could dictate that there was no gold, but the seller was insistent and knew that if I did not go ahead to open thread with this problem in sythe one of the two would do it, in the end everything was solved but black blessed put me a twc because I did not solve everything by myself and I had to intevene a sythe staff to help me solve, and for this reason I have twc, 1 month has passed and I can already appeal it as mentioned by the staff that dealt with this case.

@BlackBlasses I currently no longer sell gold by the delivery method via acc without the supplier putting pin and gold in inventory to the acc, and when for some reason the supplier can not do it I call and strictly require the buyer to share screen for me to see if when the buyer enters the acc the gold is in the account, at least that they try to scam me again in this way I doubt it will happen to me again.
