Disputing my ban (accused of ban evading with no definitive evidence)

I tried to log in this morning and discovered im banned for ban evading.

This account is my first and only one on sythe. I have an account on powerbot which is also my 1st and only one there.

I know there was a thread accusing me of evading and I sent a PM to moderator "Superman" about this. I'd like him to include my PM here or at least forward it to other mod(s) who handled my case.

tl;dr version of the PM: I am in Estonia, there are IP issues in Estonia (and other Baltic states), many Estonian users have several IP matches with banned users. That is not a valid reason to ban me as there was no other evidence that links me and some other random banned accout from Estonia.

You can perform ip audits on many Estonian users (karlrais being the most reputable of them imo) here and you will conclude the same.

 

I couldn't find a PM from you, nor do I remember one, but it's quite possible that it was deleted from my inbox. An administrator can probably look through your PMs and find whatever it is you are looking for. Best of luck!

 

I'm personally inclined to believe you as I have noticed this issue with smaller countries but I've messaged shin who actually issued the ban and we'll see if he agrees or disagrees
