Banned?

So not sure why I am being accused of being this band evader. As I have been in the Philipeans for the last two months (Apaith) can attest as I met up with him in person to do a 700$ trade. I come back to Japan to see that I am matched up with some ban evader even though my account is way older then all three of his accounts. I do have a person on my Skype that matches that persons Skype and will be looking into a possible hack... even though my sythe account is of no value it does share the same pass with other accounts of mine. Any information would be amazing. I have said many times what my Skype is and even had a huge dispute a while back about being scammed and posted atleast 10 pics of my Skype so the fact that im being banned for "being a vader" is confusing. Any info would be awesome.
