Disputing infraction point

Superflous gave me a point for a post which is in no way spam.

Despite this being a small offense, I want to maintain a complete clean slate therefore will take the time to appeal this. I'm sure you don;t consider this post spam. I sincerely hope it abides by the rules (sarcasm intended)

So let's get into it shall we?

It was posted days ago regarding a poll thread on the thoughts about prostitution. Please check my post there, I'm also certain I even voted on the poll.

I posted my genuine thoughts, not a one word comment or anything like that.

I'd like to make it absolutely clear that I am here to contribute to the community, and don't appreciate bullshit like this.

There is no logical explanation for this point. If I were here with the intentions in spam posting, don't you think I'd be on here posting 1 word comments within seconds of each other for hours a day?

Please look into this. If I am wrong, then fine, but explain why. Don't just link me a rules page, as I've already checked that out.
