Disputing GFX Infraction

I was infracted for this post

Acer more than used the tutorial, he also ripped the pics

This was because his piece was incredibly similar to a tutorial

The reason was "Ignoring the stickies"

the sticky states

1. Do not post CnC in these threads, they are for SOTW only.
2. When voting in a SOTW thread, you MUST post WHY you chose a specific sig over another or your vote is nulled.
3. To enter SOTW you must have more then 3 months experience in sig creation. To enter NSOTW(Newb Sig Of The Week), you must have less then 4 months sig creation experience.

it was not CnC, it was me clarifying my earlier post on that thread so i wouldn't be infracted for it being too vague.

Diax, Acer's was kinda weird imo. Diax's was creative, just a little too much black space :X

So in conclusion I feel that my post was justified, and was clarifying my earlier post. Perhaps I should have just edited my post, but oh well.

As i am a newcomer to GFX i think that if anything a warning would be better than infracting me.

Your post was pretty stupid but I'd agree with a reversal simply because you don't know much about how tutorials work.

Yeah :X, it might have been a tad accusatory, and no, i have absolutely no idea how tutorials work

I'd agree with a reverse because when I was new to GFX I did the exact same thing and T R 1 B A L let me go (vlad used a tutorial and I claimed it was the same and he ripped, etc).
Let's wait on kiabin?
