Disputing being another user.

I am wrongly accused of being another user..

I am not a ban evader! This person is not me.. I tried creating an account the other day and was told by @Pirate I need to post in a section to create an account.

The account shown that was linked when signing up was @Ksellingman or whatever..

I have only moved into my property within the past 5 weeks. My internet was installed Friday just gone..

I would like to dispute this as I am.not the person I am being told I am!

I can show you my ID, my completion dates of moving into my new home from my solicitors and even when my broadband went live with official paper work and emails!

So I couldn't make an account the other day as it popped up with this when I made the attempt:

I reached out to @Pirate over on Discord to see what my options were. Here is a screen shot of the conversation:

I have now been banned or told to pardon for another user that is not me. I don't understand why this user was linked with me on one day then another it wasn't. I was told to post in the section which i did. I left my desired username, email and my Discord. I was then told i needed to resolve my DNT for another user.

A few days passed and i was able to create an account without this other person username coming up like I did the other day then I was tagged in a post that I was ban evading?!

I have only just found out about Sythe and wanted to sign up as I play a few games that are on here that offer cheaper options for membership + in game items.

I have only just moved in to my new house in the past 5 weeks and not had internet since the 12th of October which was my moving in day. I have now got internet which was installed on 11th Of November.

I am happy to show staff a copy of my I.D, my solicitors papers from the day I put an offer in on my property to the day of completion. I have all email proof of my internet getting installed on the 11th Of November.

I would just like to say I hope I can prove my innocence to someone because Sythe staff have really really got all of this wrong. I am not the person staff are saying I am! I'm happy to prove it with I.D like stated.
