Disputing ban

I am currently banned for: "blackhat/hacking"
Thread that triggered the ban: Does this IP match anyone on Sythe?

I have never made any attempt to log in to their website nor their 'admin panel'. In fact, I believe that I am being framed by "iHateQuesting" and "PureAddiction" in order to get me permanently banned.


Last monday, "Cheapest Runescape 07 & RS3 Gold | WhyGrind" was mentioned in one of the group chats I'm in and we cracked a couple jokes about it being a copy cat.
A few minutes later I decided to open up a chat on their livechat and I got in a chat with "PureAddiction". We talked for a bit, and then I left their website.



Proof that I was in chat with PureAddiction on www.whygrind.com:

Picture one shows the hint for ducks, meaning that he knew it was me.
Here is a skype message that "iHateQuesting" sent to Dunworry which clearly shows that they know who they were talking to at that time:

I also tried to obtain the full chat transcript of my first chat with www.whygrind.com , however they had already banned me from their livechat. I then asked them the same question through my phone, however they immediately banned me again:

Picture one shows that I'm asking for just the chat transcript, picture two shows how "PureAddiction" immediately banned me.


And last but not least: their 'proof'.

iHateQuesting uploaded *Mod note: Removed screenshot due to sensitive info* which claims that I tried to log in to their 'admin panel'.
I am not sure how this is considered as "proof" because it could have easily been manipulated/created.
The buttons that iHateQuesting left out of his screenshot support that anyone is able to edit that table. Anyone with even a very basic knowledge of sql is able to reproduce his screenshot and just edit the IP or even create new rows as "extra evidence".

 

Just to make things absolutely clear...

Are you saying you have never tried to log into any accounts what-so-ever on their website? Regarding the "screenshot", we have more proof than what is available to you.

Yes, I am saying that I have never tried to log into any accounts what-so-ever on their website.

I think I have a pretty good theory of what actually happened:
Half of the bg team visited their website www.whygrind.com, and only me also opened a chat on their livechat.
Because "iHateQuesting" and/or "PureAddiction" were clearly unhappy that we were on their website (The skype message to Dunworry confirms this),
"iHateQuesting" and/or "PureAddiction" decided to frame me for trying to log into their 'admin panel'. Because I stated my name (Menno) in their livechat, they obviously knew who they were targeting.
So they created that table (their 'proof'), banned me from their livechat and then reported my IP on sythe - as if they didnt know that IP connects to me.
Banning me twice from their livechat and refusing to show the chat transcript makes me think like they're trying to hide that chat away from Sythe so they wont be caught already knowing my IP and thus knowing who they were trying to ban.

Small update regarding this dispute:

The moderator handling this dispute (Shin) and me have discussed the situation for the past few days.
Shin has succesfully teamviewed my PC the day before yesterday, and I'm currently awaiting his reply on a few messages that I sent him earlier today.

 

Upon investigation and staff discussion, the ban has been lifted (yesterday).
