Disputing my ban - Naggiii

I was just banned for supposedly recovering a pure d3t0x1 bought from me, and I did not recover it. Let me first give a little background: yes, I did indeed sell this for a real life friend of mine, and no, he did not recover it either. I acted as a middleman of sorts, and agreed to take responsibility should anything happen. That much is true. However, this whole sale was kind of screwed up from the start. He bought the account for 190m + $30 paypal. The next morning after the account sale, my friend who I sold the account for had his other account cleaned of the 190m plus another 110m he had on his account. I have no clue how this could have happened. I tried not to accuse d3t0x because I had no idea how he could have done that, but at the same time, it seemed like a strange coincidence. We spoke on Skype, my friend and I both spoke to d3t0x about the 190m payment being gone somehow, and since we thought it impossible for him to do such a thing, we were NOT going to file a scam report or recover the account from him. We figured it wasn't his fault. We never once had any intentions of going back on the deal we made, but then a couple of days later he comes back and says the account was recovered.

That's background on the situation. I admit I'm not really sure how to prove we didn't recover it. We offered to attempt to put in a recovery for the account so that we could give it back to him and do whatever necessary to make sure it was more secure for him, but he was having none of it. I made many attempts to fix the situation, and by the end, he finally agreed to the plan of attempting to recover the account and put it back in his posession. I might add, in his scam report, he also mentioned it being a "coincidence" that he sold an account, "finally" got some GP to play on his new account when it got recovered. He never once mentioned this to me when he confronted me about it being recovered, he conveniently chose to add that in later.

He even went as far to say that I've been very transparent and helpful, but then immediately afterwards filed a scam report. I tried to be. I tried to fix the situation. I don't know what happened. My friend, who I middlemanned the trade for, did not recover it, and neither did I - it wasn't even my account. I'm not sure how any of this could have happened, but from the beginning this whole trade went pretty horribly.

Let me close by adding - how do we even know he's telling the truth about it being recovered? It's hard to prove that, but it's also hard to prove that it was recovered, other than taking his word for it. I'm not sure how else to go about this situation. While he says it's convenient that it got recovered right after he got some gp on it, which I had NO idea of anyway - I don't keep tabs on his sales - I say it's convenient that right after he sells an account to someone else and has some GP bait, he claims fraud on someone else to try and cash in on that opportunity.

 

Please recover the account and return the account, and any possessions on the account, to him.
