You call This Spamming?

This guy posted that I was spamming his thread. Look at my profile... and visit the thread. I asked him why He reported the infraction he said I was spamming his thread. Isnt spammin a thread like bumping a thread? I just simply added my bid or my offer.. Please someone... tell me if im right and hope infraction is lifted up.. Thanks

 

It was spam because it didn't meet his requirements for payment. He was very explicit both in the thread and the thread title of what he wanted. The infraction won't get reversed. Also, you posted this in the dispute a ban section. If you want to dispute an infraction, please do so in the proper dispute forum section.
