Disputing an unfair ban

Hey guys, I feel that I was wrongfully banned and I already made a dispute once, however I just got done speaking with n4n0 and he told me to make another one.


I was banned because of this:

My computer was running insanely slow, so I tried to send it three different times and it wasn't going through. Thats why I said the money hadn't sent. When he gave me the claws I logged off in game.


The only proof that he has that he was scammed was one bar of a chat log? We spoke for a good hour and 1/2 after I had said that, and I did send the money. Then he said he would report me if I didn't give him the claws back and give him a vouch. I said no way in hell are you getting that and he said he was jking. I didn't save the chat log because I figured everything went well, he even vouched me after the trade and then took it back and reported me? I didn't charge back because it was a paypal gift with note "Payment for virtual items I have already received."

I'd just like to have a fair trial. I love the community here at Sythe. I don't want to lose my ability to be a part of it and a part of the market.

After looking at the proof provided again, and after doing a little digging, I found that there had in fact been a vouch made for a completed trade, that for one reason or another was edited a little over an hour later.

Whether or not I was too quick to ban I guess will be determined on whether or not he can provide proof of a sent payment.

 

Make a new dispute when you have proof of payment.
