7 hours on? (Really Sorry for 2nd thread)

First off, I want to extremely apologize that this is my 2nd thread about this matter, I just thought that it would finish by now, and I would not know where to contact a staff member other than this.

So, I've been banned 3 days and it has expired 7 hours ago. I am still banned. I posted a thread like this 7 hours ago, and a staff member told me to wait a short time before the system unbans me.

But, my friend (54bgpsales) also posted a thread like this, and he got unbanned within 23 minutes.
