    Hey there, I've sent the money owed to the victim to Sypherz so he will be getting in contact with them.

    When I get the account back I need to change the e-mail linked to it.

    Tell us what you want the new email to be first, then we'll change it and let you recover a password for it. You'll still be banned, so you'll need to contact a global+ for an unban at that point
