Disputing a ban - League Solutions

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

I want to make one thing clear before anything else:

I am not disputing the decision. Sure, banning us is fair for not doing proper veto on our partners starting to bump a thread when we agreed not to.

However, I would like to dispute the length of the ban, based on these merits:

a) Me & my staff, don't feel like the punishment fits the crime in this case. Assuming, even if we were the main people at play here (in this case, we're even not), but assuming we were - we don't feel like it's fair to make us lose tens of thousands of dollars based on a GIM shop that was up for a week, the supposed market manipulation thread 90% of the time wasn't even linking to the GIM discord, and to top it all off, we (rPro) offered our help in any way possible, including giving back every single cent we made to sythe fund, as well as closing the GIM shop altogether + the whole debacle with us specifically asking about bumping and being informed that our partners aren't bumping, then later them deciding to bump without saying anything.
b) From our side - this was not intentional malice, or any sort of conscious circumvention of rules - it was miscommunication between us and our partners. If we knew at any point that they were bumping, we would've stopped, and offered to do so as soon as it was brought to our attention + variety of other things to make it right
c) This is clearly some beef between 07services and myPvm, that has nothing to do with us, and we've been brought in as ''collateral damage'', as we're the only shop from 07s partners that didn't attempt to hide Ralph or anyone else on our discord, and literally got burned for being simply honest. If this was an honest attempt at targeting market manipulation by MyPVM, the moment he started banning our staff from our discord, I reached out to him (can ask them), he would've informed me of this, and I would've instantly stopped everything, but instead I was told to fuck off, and later apologized to by Dario himself stating that this has nothing to do with me or rPro, and it's between them two.
d) I feel like it's fair to ask for a reduced sentence based on our standing within sythe. Over 3.5 years here, we have had 1 TWC that was literally for me clicking on a phishing link and asking sythe staff to ban me for 1 day JUST incase, so I can change my password. Nobody was harmed, nothing lost, I stayed honest about it and insisted on being banned for 24 hours just to make sure everything was alright, and besides that one, literal misclick, for which we server 30 days in a TWC, we stayed as 'clean' as possible, without any outstanding reports or anything.
e) We are already getting 10s of messages everyday asking people if I scammed anyone, if I lost my reputation, etc. because people don't bother to read in report, and just see ''banned'', which in turn just tarnishes our reputation further, even if literally anyone who read the report, including the people WRITING the report know its not about us or has VERY little to do with us in general
f) For the first 2 days we been banned, we literally lost $1780/day on average in NET PROFIT compared to 60 day period before the ban. Going by those measurements, 30 days would mean we would end up losing north of $50,000, for a GIM shop that:
- was up for slightly longer than a week
- thread wasn't even linking to the right discord for 90% of it's existence
- we clearly didn't know our partners started bumping
- the GIM shop made us whopping $150 and I'm 99% sure none of that came from sythe, as the thread ONLY started linking to our GIM discord in the last 2 days or so
some additional facts, I would like to mention:
- even the people writing the report, ended up apologizing to us after, saying it wasn't about rPro
- we were fully cooperative, honest & upfront about everything, even if we could've EASILY weaseled our way out of it by hiding behind obscure rules, obscure people involved & more. (if you read the report, you know what I mean).
f2) Even if the ban is ''only a week'' that still leaves us losing over $10,000 in net profits JUST for that period, not counting customer retention, advertisement, standing within community & more. We're more than willing to take a week's ban, for not keeping eyes on our partner, but I do believe 30 days is unjust considering ALL the facts involved in this particular case.

Anything else you wish to say: I'm not disputing the decision, whether it was manipulation or anything else, I'm simply asking for a reduction in sentence based on: a) our standing within sythe & b) in our eyes - punishment not fitting the crime based on our interests within sythe, compared to the ''market correction'' that the GIM shop induced in it's short-lived existence c) the fact that we're more so ''an accessory to a crime'' than an actual perpetrator, as shown by everyone, including sythe, the people writing the report and the people being reported.
