Blushing Problem

I have a blushing problem. I blush for the most stupid reasons. Like a teacher calls my name in Geometry, I answer the question and my face turns red for no apparent reason. Then when I start talking to a girl I start blushing for no reason also. I don't understand why I blush for no reason. Then I blush even more when I think of blushing when I blush.

 

I really don't know what to tell you. Maybe wear some makeup? Idk, that's all I can think of.

 

Excessive blushing could be a sign of lack of confidence? Do you consider yourself confident?

 

^^^ don't think it's confidence I have a problem similar but not as extreme as the OP, I seem to blush even when im not embarrased at like random things like i'll be talking to my friends and suddenly start blushing lol. I have no idea what it is but don't worry about it.

By the way im fairly confident and pretty loud mouthed, Im always the first one to talk if we're in a situation where no one wants to, That's not saying im some arrogant loud mouth I just seem to step up more.

I can't really suggest something for it, Just deny your blushing or say I have no idea why that's happening, Brush it off. Blushing when your talking to a chick you like is perfectly normal, If your blushing at every girl your talking too then it may be self-confidence problems. Try over-comming it by acting overly-confident. It may help.

 

Loud people can also lack confidence. It doesn't matter how much or how loud you talk, you can still lack confidence.

Not loud, If you read it correctly I said i step up to it in awkward situations, Im cofident in a lot of diffrent ways and have insecuritys in lots of others, Everyone has insecuritys but overall I'd say im a confident person and being able to voice an opinion on anything(Being loud) would be a type of confidence if you ask me.

But yeah i take on board what you said and I supose your right.

 

I really wouldn't worry about it that much. It's not really that big of a deal, and some girls probably think that it's cute. If someone says something about it just say something like "At least you noticed something about me" or something along those lines. Like I said before it really isn't something you should worry about.

 

I have the same problem, my entire face turns red whenever I get unwanted attention or when I'm talking to a girl or when I'm embarrassed. The best thing to do is just laugh it off and keep going with it.

 

start tanning. or take a public speaking class, that might help you stay more calm and less selfconscious when speaking in front of people

 

its you, why try to change. plus girls might think its cute use it to ur advantage. that's only if its not a confidence issue
