we agreed to do a service to train my stats up to 92 str and 92 range
my stats started at 81 str and the payment was received on 10/19/2020, his worker (or him) leveled the str up to 82 and then completely stopped any work. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and put on 2 bonds worth of membership to complete the work on 10/31/2020. no more work has been done on it since and he has not replied to me since then

i paid 75.7m but would also possibly like compensation for the bonds i put on it that were not used at all, thanks
