dispute with taurine

Okay so i purchased 1m BM from @Taurine for 20m 07 gp. Once i had purchased the BM i went on to stake a little on the server and won some items. i then went on to sell the items and whilst in a trade i was banned.

As you can see in this screenshot he claimed his method had 100% no bans

BAN RISK ON RSPS TRADES -- READ THIS

If you cannot demonstrate that the customer understood the risk before purchasing from you then you may be responsible for assets which are lost due to bans. In other words your goods have an implied warranty that they will be fit for purpose until and unless that warranty is actively waived by your customer.

I messaged @Shin on skype to see what he had to say about this and this was his response

So im asking for the 20m i paid for the 1m BM back. If needed i can give his IP to prove its him along with our skype convo off what he said after i was banned.​

 

Considering you work at a gold site that sells/buys RSPS gp, you still knew the risk existed. On the other hand, because he claimed a 100% ban-free situation, he probably will have to repay you. I'll ask other staff about it.

 

Normally i wouldnt dispute an issue like this however because he claimed it was 100% risk free thats why i am doing this and i even went with his method of trading.

 

As a seller he stated 100% no ban rate. Is there any indication for what you were banned for? Does it state rwt? @Yankiee I agree at this point that he should be repaid.

 

It has been decided that Taurine indeed does owe Veng the 20m OSRS gp.
