Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: The TWC I was issued isn't due to a customer getting scammed, or bad trading practices, but was 1 of 3 options I was presented with to choose from (in the original report linked above you will see). I was hired on to manage rsorder shortly after the site was purchased by a new ownership (i was hired by the new ownership, not the previous ownership). After being hired on/managing it, a report went up asking why I was allowed to advertise rsorder on sythe when there were previous reports against rsorder. I provided all documentation showing purchase details of the site, as well as the date it was purchased, and new ownership took control of the site in full. I was not aware of any previous issues regarding rsorder, nor was anyone else did it seem - but apparently there were a few issues historically which were presented - and after I provided full documentation showing that rsorder was purchased, and is currently owned/operated by a new group - I was presented with 3 options to choose from in order to rectify it. I chose option # 2 (to receive the twc personally + repay any debts from the old group), and would have the ability to appeal the twc in 30 days... which it is now 30 days.

Anything else you wish to say : This twc isn't due to a customer getting scammed, or any bad trading practices, simply is just due to procedure and clearing any old debts that were associated with previous issues. No customer has been scammed or treated poorly, and we put a lot of effort into making sure that no customer ever will be scammed or treated poorly either.
