I think the threads in the dispute forum should only be viewable by the poster, and the moderators. Just because it's an issue between the moderators and the banned user.

What if someone who was involved in the banning of that person, would like to say something. Let's say: I was scammed by somebody, and I got him banned. I would want to see that thread. Now, I'm not saying I'm right, maybe your suggestion should be put into effect, however I'm pointing out a down-side to it.
