Banned for Pretty much nothing

Hello..
I was banned for selling a guide that had the word ''scam'' in it i had made a thread and was warned by members saying i should change the name of it or risk a ban i replied with
''Thanks for the heads up adding you right now
- not a lure guide btw''

Then made a new thread without using the word scam then pmed verifiers and received a ban.

on my ban it says
''You have been banned for the following reason:
Attempting to sell a guide which involes scamming, which we do not condone on this site. Banned for Interest, Intent and Admitting to scamming.''

Now if who ever banned me actually read my thread instead of banning me without a second thought they would see that this guide would mean you would trick people into giving you the items. if im in the wrong wouldnt all the lure guide sellers be in the wrong too? due to the fact they are tricking people into going into the wilderness etc?
