Please review the facts.

1) Was there ever a report made that he did scam (on his msn email address)

2) You will see when you search his name, the ip 72.223.78.*** is his ISP cox.net or whatever, but then look at the above ips. They are not the same ISP so the story for him getting hacked seems to have checked out.

3) Why did you ban his friend account? He posted on there to make a dispute, because his other disputes weren't getting answered from a unregistered user - You have no grounds to ban mick1016 (you can check with the above ip i posted, that mick1016 just used that for posting ip, so its clear it isn't the same person -.-)

4) I believe if there wasn't a case brought forward then he shouldn't be banned for scamming. Also a ip ban on the ip's that hacked him 69.143.161.139 & 69.143.162.177

3). He PMed me about it, I thought he was ban evading. He's unbanned now.

4). Correct, if there are no reports against him, he does not get banned.
