Disputing my Ban on account h4x_

I have been recently banned from this thread here: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer/1722221-scammed-account-sale.html

The user provides screenshots of chat conversations that did NOT happen with me. It was a fake account. My skype display name has always been "h4x_" whereas in the picture it is shown as "H4x_"

The user known as SpanishGuy messaged me on skype and asked me for a pm, as I thought we was going to trade, you can see he requested specifically to say "Talking to you on skype", and I did exactly that. Here is proof: http://i.imgur.com/amZLDOe.png

I am NOT friends with user "TSX" I have no idea who he is.

I have been banned when the pictures do not even show full skype evidence, as my skype ID IS NOT SHOWN!

It looks to me as if, TSX told SpanishGuy that I was going to trade with him, he then added SpanishGuy on a faked account that had the display name "H4x_" TSX, then must have got me to pm SpanishGuy, to make it look like it was real.

Please unban me, as I have not done anything wrong here. Let me know if there is anything else I can provide?
