Good day to staff,

Would like to try to make this short, I have a remaining debt to tendyies which is fair.. this will be paid.

However, given the circumstances, I wanted to kindly know if there is something that can be de done on the ruling here: $560 Account recovered by Abe | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO (sythe.org)

I do take responsibility of course, however I wanted to know if something can be reduced in terms of the punishment given due to the following reasons, number 1 I was in another country and can prove this, was dealing with a IRL crises and couldn't deal with the situation at hand and earlier.


Number two, I knew tendyies had some sketchy behavior before and I wasn't able to bring this to light earlier due to my IRL situation which I believe I could of done but thankfully, his malicious behavior was brought to light although I don't fully agree with how things were concluded but I fully respect the staff decision.


In conclusion, I am asking for leniency in my punishment due to the unique circumstances I was in which I can share with staff privately and provide proof, I was also reluctant as I said to help tendyies because I knew there was something owed to me and I didn't feel I had the tools at the time in terms of place and time to take care of this matter which should of been taken care of earlier.


Once again, I take responsibility regardless of my IRL circumstance however I wanted to know if something can be done as of now and having said all this, I will also provide in DMs the unique circumstances I was in IRL which prevented me from handling this better and sooner.
