dispute on ban for lsv

I have been on vacation for the past 3-4 days and I have came back here banned. once I looked at the thread of the report, that was most definatley not me. my pc was hacked into by a guy name chase hockanson. I am posting from my home ip address an if the hacker logged into my sythe account his ip will be linked to it as well so hopefully you guys can track him. it says there was a 4b scam on loco pk which is roughly 40m osrs gold. if you look at my vouches I have 23 I believe. the biggest trade I had done was 150m osrs for 25b loco pk, an I did not scam this guy who had reported me, as I see he is also banned. whats the next step of this process to be unbanned?

"LSV" scammed me 4b LOCO pk - freeskill is permanently banned so you will have to trade the 48M 07 to a staff member
