Dispute of Accusations and Facts. (Swallow and Andy)

I would like to dispute and have @Sythe himself to look at the corruption and power abuse of another mod in relation to the initial report: Bert is not paying back my deposit and profits

The posts on the report ABOVE along with some others I will be posting here will prove in fact that his claims are not valid and @Andy using emotional/personal Bias closed the report within five hours of it being posted, not giving me a chance to defend myself.

I am still confused what wasn't proved on my end in the initial report. He started off by saying that He owns 70% of "Bert Gold" while I own 30% of it... the report should have been closed then and there... Please do let me know what else is needed because there is a lot to show if needed. I have not posted a dispute this whole time due to the fact that Andy did not instantly get demoted for Abuse of power... a standard that Sythe.org has held very highly for Moderators... let alone "Admins"

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Everything is initially dissproved on the report with a simple explanation and very proper bases of evidence dis-proving all claims. The report was closed within five hours on a member that has done nothing but good towards Sythe.org or anyone he has ever worked with on this platform. Hence I have a reasonable suspicion that there is a big abuse of power going on by "Andy" which calls for an instant demotion.

Link to previous disputes: I did not follow the correct guidelines because I don't want to be making this dispute so I did not follow the sections requirements. I am very angry that I have to do such things when anyone on this platform can vouch for the business I do and the type of person I am.

Anything else you wish to say: I have done nothing but being a good boss and trying to improve my workers life with money problems he was having and over-delivered on the promises I was making to him everyday. But he could not keep his promises to me and started fabricating evidence because I kept catching him in lies. I can post a lot more proof below if needed.

https://i.imgur.com/g3432NL.png - ALL TABS WERE ALWAYS PAYED IN FULL and UPDATED with a 70/30 split in my favor... initial split was 80/20 in my favor but I wanted him to pay back his IRL debts quick and help him better his life along with me not actively gold trading so I can focus on better things.
