Dispute my TWC now!

I would like this Trade with caution removed, there is no reason for it to be there.

I was going to buy 20m's worth of party hats for project06, but me and the other individual didn't agree on a trade neither of us wanted to go first he offered to use a MM, by then I told him I didn't want to trade him because he thought I was going to scam him for 20M.

So really this TWC has no point in being under my name, I also had agreed on using a OMM. IDK if he left that out of the report or what
