    Hi, when i try to register at Sythe i get message that i am not available to register because of some ip issues:
    Username(s)

    Time: 1316827720
    Ip address: 86.45.66.173

    I don't really know who's this person. I just started to play rs and found these forums, i haven no idea who he is and i was sent here to make a dispute. Can you guys please help me, thanks!!
