Dispute & Explination

Hello, this is Ballin Boi here. I have had some serious issues in real life so I have not had time to post my dispute yet but here it is. I was banned for 'scamming' $2.50 from Rs Beast who can be found here: http://sythe.org/member.php?u=121143. Few things, even though it is not my duty to give her this $2.50 I have tryed contacting her from msn or email and no responce. She has not been on sythe in a few months and if I can't even pay her back what do I do?

Anyways here is what happened. Me and Atbuk (http://sythe.org/member.php?u=165315) had started a joint service. In my retaliation report thread found below
http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=472925 Cfrey said that it was my fault and banned me cause it was my buisness. This is NOT true. Atbuk and I owned the buisness. We employed workers to do the training. It was his turn to do this and he did not get it done. I was reported and banned for his stupid mistake and it does turn out he really was a scammer:

His real intentions were for me to be framed and him to own the buisness and a better postion to scam. Please unban me as I have done nothing wrong. If it is absolutly needed I will send a modeartor or admin 2.50 to give to that person.

Their is NO WAY anyone who has handled over $1000: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=463444&highlight=Ballin. Would scam 2.50.

I am on a local library computer now posting this so I have to go. I will check back later tonight and see whether this has been accepted or not.

Anyways, I don't see why you should be Banned for someone elses actions. I don't see either how you can be held responsible for someone elses actions, as everyone represents their own character. If he had scammed, then it is his responsibility to pay the money back.

The fact that you're willing to pay the $2.50 is good, because I really don't see the reasoning behind being Banned for such a small amount.

I'm wondering if this was the only reason you were Banned.

Uhhh maybe because he owned the business with Atbuk. Atbuk did his training and Ballin Boi had his "workers" do the rest that they didn't do. Atbuk then gave him $2.50 and ballin boi was suppose to refund the other $2.50. Ballin Boi did not and left him with half of the job finished and a quarter of the payment refunded.

Wow imagine that... ALL the money went through you and Atbuk. You and Atbuk also did the first half. Your "workers" failed to do the other half. You and Atbuk being the owners of the company should have refunded him. Unless you wanted to keep the $5 and have Atbuk pay back his full payment even when he did some training.

Seems like you are just putting the blame on Atbuk by saying "oh he was a scammer anyways its all his fault"... Viper unbanned you =/ we'll see how long it lasts.
