ZeroHP_ZeroPrayer: Account Recovery

Was hacked about a month back, got a DNT and was told to recover my account.

I have access to my home IP address, my original email attached to this account, and the antivirus scan is clean:


Please ask if you need any more info, I can probably answer the account recovery questions if needed, I don't know how to find them.
