Once upon a time I had a 10hp ironman account, and I asked UPS if they could do Lost City for me, and for a set price they agreed to do the quest. Long story short they couldn't get the bronze axe so I agreed to get it myself and they can kill the monster. The account has a halo and 74 hunter and now that UPS will ruin the account since they didn't do their job, they have to get the axe drop again which will endanger my hp account since there is a possibility of the axe not being dropped.

Spear Dice saying he'll do it "tomorrow" never happened, the account had enough membership throughout the day if he did it "tomorrow" and I was gone for the weekend. This is complete bullshit.

 

Did they take you off entrana? Or they just didn't do it on the scheduled date?

 

I was given the chat logs and it sounds like a mess. Miscommunication and running out of membership. You'll have to sort it out yourselves as no scam has occurred here but a misunderstanding because you spoke to Shexy, then Spear himself without notifying Shexy.

Not like they're refusing to do it now.
