Banned for no reason

As you can my account "Pure killeri" got banned for "faking vouches" which I never did and the guy pictures doesn't proove anything, but that I got perm ban "for using alt account". When I was using "high noon" account to recover my "pure killeri" account since I didn't had access to old email and couldn't recover it myself so I had to PM a staff member. After that I've never ever logged on to that account, so I don't understand how that "proof shows anything that Im using "alt account" to evade ban? Who is this guy at all that staff members blindly bans me without even checking log in dates.
