Dispute ban

Just again writing to dispute a ban laid against me,

When I was trading that got me banned....

I traded with this guy but when he went to press accept he didn't instead he declined and by the looks of it took a picture of me trading with him (which that was me) but instead of getting cash I got nothing.

I have been a member on this website since 2009 and never had 1 bad trade, just 1 week before a member here went first to me with 60 mill for an account which he got and was extremely satisfied, the member that got me banned had like 4 posts at the time and was like 6 days old.

This is the pic that was me trading but who never receved the 18 mill, I have multiple accounts to sell for over 40+mill why would I jepodise for 18 mill.

When I receive money for trades I always give a confirmation of gp that has passed hands, he never asked for one nor received one because no money ever changed hands... The reason I logged off and blocked him on Skype because he pmed me in runescape saying he would get me banned if I didn't give him the account, being not afraid of someone with 4 posts I didn't take this very seriously.

Is there anyway that you can prove definitively that the gold never came into your possession?

Since we have not seen the in-game screenshots, I have no way to tell what actually occurred and can only lean back on the evidence that the report provided.

 

I understand what your saying in relation to the ban, but the evidence put forth by the member accusing me of scamming only proves that we traded in the first screen and that the money never went through.

The person he traded was 100% me, I pmed him and everything I'm not denieing anything.

To ban me on the assumption that it did happen taking the word of a member with no trade history above a member with account trade history is what I don't get.

 

As soon as you confirmed your username, why did you ignore him?
