Banned for an idiotic mod? In-Tox-Icate

Hey guys.
This is completely unfair.
i just got banned from a Mod of the dev forum or somthing
because when he tried to ridicule me in to deleting my post
that had no downloads or anything
was going to be a guide on how to make a keylogger, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD, If you can make a box, you can get rid of a box.
And he banned me because i told him the truth
Rediculous.

Him:"No phishing or scamming"
Me:"I'm not phishing or scamming, making a keylogger is completely harmless, so i'm doing nothing, it's how the person uses it that makes it a scam, wich would make THEM scamming not me,
And since i know you'll tell me to read the rules
only rule near it is no illegal contect, though guides are not illegal at all"

Freedom of speech
and i got banned for telling my mind?
And it's not like i was being an asshole or cussing him out or anything..
i had facts, and he didn't like them.
