Hi,

Customer lying about us on his feedback, which is not acceptable and therefore we ban such customers on our website to avoid such kind of deals.


He bought a TOS master loot, the default guarantee of this run, as he said already - 7 items in different slots. The Run was streamed and he could watch it, also we have a loot screens to provide.

He looted - Tier head, ring, legs, 2 life relics since you have 2 slots for it, gloves, bracers. 7 slots. + another head

If customer had bad luck and loot low amount of items - we are always happy to make a free bonus run.

But Instead of thanks and so on, he got mad, deleted me on skype - wrote everywhere things like scam, avoid.

So how it's a scam when we done everything we promised in best way?

Why you guys from Sythe allow such liers to get banned good sellers just via single post? Without even asking me about whats going on ?

 

It's because you stated "Thank you for fake feed back, we will surely report all our info with ip trace/logins to blizzard for account sharing and so on, for such actions we will make sure to get you banned."

Just because someone gives you bad feedback doesn't mean you threaten to pass all his information to blizzard which may get him banned.

Please provide the user with the stream on either twitch or youtube.

I've spoken to you on Discord for the past 2 hours, and have had this reviewed with other staff. You've been unbanned with a TWC, which you can dispute here (I recommend obtaining a decent amount of vouches prior to disputing).

Also @Koroboost wanted me to add this portion of the conversation, so it can be public, so these are his words (this was already resolved, but adding this on request)
