    Talking with Inpherus on MSN to figure this out.
    EDIT: Couldnt figure it out with Inpherus. Showed him unedited and uncropped screenshots on MSN. Nothing was done.

    Was buying upgrades for me and a couple of friends so I thought I would go to a trusted upgrade seller to make sure I would get them at a good price and safely. He logged out on me after paying him and did not come online for another hour. I'm really sorry I have to make this report. I'm not sure if it was an internet problem. I hope this is just a misunderstanding. I would either like my accounts to be upgraded or my 250m back please. Thank you.

    There have been issues with the upgrading after Runescape employed its bot-nuke and basically destroyed or sold a lot of their servers. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt, considering he works with Inpherus and is, himself, more or less trusted with upgrades.

    Ulysis, thank you for the exceptionally compiled report, but right now I want to wait. Please PM me tomorrow if this is not resolved and I'll be happy to take further action.

    This screenshot shows a slightly different MSN conversation. It appears you edited the evidence using Paint or another photo editing software.

    Ya I think the screenshot was taken badly and stretched my screen so when I was cropping the 2 screens together to make it easier for you guys to read the convos , I accidentally had 2 of the same sentence copied.

    edit: when you saw my laptop screen I think you could tell that some screenshots would have stretched my screen vertically so i was unable to get the whole picture of my screen in.

    Sorry forgot to answer your question about chat logs. I don't use MSN much (You could tell on TV since I only had a couple of people added) to do business so it's pointless for me to save chat logs .

    This seems very much like an attempted frame attempt. In MSN you concealed your identity from jrsmithfan, who is apparently a longstanding acquaintance of yours. Also, the picture I showed has a line you omitted form the scam report--specifically, you saying "dc|sorry."

    I'm willing to bet what happened here was the following: you traded the 250m and quickly got a screenshot, then you clicked Decline and logged out of Runescape to reset the chatbox. Then you traded a lesser amount (specifically, 14m) to get the "Trade Accepted" screen. As evidence of this postulation, you'll notice the two white dots in the 250m screen are suddenly gone in the Trade Accepted screen. For one reason or another, several moments occurred in between these two trades.

    Thirdly, the Skype chat you showed me with jrsmithfan1 (where he realizes it was you) shows him claiming only 14m was delivered with reasonable motivation for wanting to scam him. I'll provide this to another mod if need be.

    Finally, the issue of editing the MSN conversation is concerning. The pictures you supplied are from ********, but the pictures you gave to me and Inpherus were using puush. If you can screenshot and have immediate uploads with puush, why would you bother saving the files as an image and then uploading to ********? The shots you gave show some quick cropping, especially if done with a simple print-screen screenshot and upload to ********. It seems to me you took them with Puush (to get them quickly) but edited the screenshots later with Paint and then uploaded them to ********.

    All in all, there's too much wrong with this for my conviction, especially considering (a) you concealed your identity from him, and (b) his (and Inpherus's) longstanding trust.

    ====

    EDIT: For reference the ******* means tiny-pic.
