    Good laptop?

Are you looking for a laptop because you specifically need the mobility of it? Other than it being compact and able to be carried, there are no perks to getting laptops

If you DO need the mobility of a laptop then I suggest one of these:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152217
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834115868

The battery is almost subpar however. The MSi is up to 3 hours, and the Acer is only up to 2.5 hours.

The acer has i7 at a reasonable price however...

Just a few options to consider, I'm sure there's a better deal out there, but this is the best I got after a few minutes of searching. If you look through www.newegg.com yourself, I'm sure you'll find something to suit you! They have decent prices too

    Good laptop?

I would choose this 11" Laptop, as it's resolution is 1366 X 768. Also, it might not be a Core i5, but it's a Core 2 Duo, and the price is $600 right now, and it's used for gaming, it has a Geforce GT335M video card. You can switch chipsets to Intel to have an 11 hour battery life, while in gaming you have only a 3 hour battery life from what I hear.

    Good laptop?

^ i would not, the screen is way to small to game on and it is quite uncomfortable. My dad brought one back from work. It was quite unique as it is very cool to see something this small with the power it gives. Also the core 2 duo bottlenecks that gpu. If you are set on getting that laptop wait for the I series cpus to come out.

    Good laptop?

It really depends on the person and their view on large screens. I personally wouldn't mind using that kind of screen to play games on. If it bothered me that much, I'd hook up another monitor to it. Not sure about the bottleneck, as I don't have a M11x right now, but have you ran tests with it for the bottlenecking?

    Good laptop?

Just a suggestion, Don't buy ACER. Their ventilation system is pathetic, my Laptop is overheating all the time.

    Good laptop?

well basically i have a pre-production with an i5 with the same gpu. and it runs so much faster and the benchmarks are much better. If you are set on that M11x, wait for the I cores to come out. Then the only way i would game with that is connecting an external screen, mouse, and keyboard. My suggestion is borrow someone's netbook and see if it feels comfortable to you, if it doesnt, I wouldn't get the m11x. Some of the Dell xps's have pretty good configs with touch screen.

    Good laptop?

I was lookin at hp envys a few months ago and they really fit what I was lookin for, but I don't know if they're still up to standard as they are a pretty old model now.

I really want a 14'' laptop comparable or better than the envy if anyone can help me find that

I've seen some decent asus ones but idk really
