Alliance of Valiant Arms (Free)

I just noticed this game was free on steam and decided to download it. It's actually really fun and I definitely recommend it. Anyone else play?

 

Someone else had a thread about this, no one really plays. I tried it myself the day it came out. If you don't already have Counter Strike then this is an okay substitute, but from my standpoint, it sucked horribly by comparison.

 

It really shouldn't be compared to Counter Strike. I love CSS and I of course play it a lot more, but I still like to switch it up some and especially since they're the only two FPS's I have for PC. For a free game, I think it's pretty fun, but that's my opinion. If someone is looking for a decent free FPS, then this is at least worth trying.

 

AVA is a semi-popular FPS game in my country (Korea.)
Of course we don't need Steam to play it

It's a nice game with nice graphics, but it's not of my taste

 

this game has so shit engine and movement. even cs 1.6 movement is better

 

It runs on the Unreal Engine 3.
So basically, you just called every game that uses it shit.
This includes the Gears of War and Mortal Kombat series, just to name a few.
